These Terms and Conditions for Talents from Lebanon regulate your access to and use of the services provided byTFL.
By signing up as a Freelancer or using the platform as a Customer you must agree on these terms.
TFL has the right to display your profile to all visitors of the website, including your profile picture, phone number, email address, Country, City, social media accounts and professional experience described in your account. Clients from across the world will have access to this information provided by the freelancers on TFL.
To register with TFL, a person must be at least 18 years old.
TFL is a totally free platform and no fees are required from users (freelancers or business owners).
TFL is a platform that connects talents with business owners to work together over freelancing jobs, therefore,TFL is not responsible to contact the Freelancer on behalf of the client. The communication between the two parties is on their own responsibility.
TFLwelcomes all talents but does not do the fact check for their profiles, thus, TFL not responsible for any misleading or inaccurate information provided by the freelancer whether it is related to his academic capabilities or professional experience.
TFL is not responsible for any conflict or misunderstanding, if any, between the Freelancer and his Client.
TFL is not responsible for any misconduct between either party: the Freelancer or the Client. However, TFL relies on the clients’ rating and reviews on each Freelancer’s account they work with, to evaluate our Freelancers and act accordingly.
In case of a talent with poor performance and reviews and/ or providing wrong information or causing fraud, TFL has the right to delete a Freelancer’s account.
